Outside hitter Robyn Austin (second year, Business Administration, Lethbridge) has had a strong start to the season and currently leads the conference in points per set, averaging six. Summer Long (first year, General Arts and Science, Raymond), who leads the team in minutes played, will be a key factor in guiding the Kodiaks on the floor.

Marley Kenion (first year, Child and Youth Care, Coventry, England) has also made an impact in his first few games, leading the team in rebounds and ranking top three in points.
