The Kodiaks Coach of the Month Award recognizes a coach who makes a positive impact on their team and the Kodiaks program. This award honours coaches who demonstrate leadership, dedication, and excellence in any aspect of coaching, whether through athletic success, academic support, character building, or community involvement.
Racz is the head coach of the Kodiaks men's and women's soccer and futsal programs. Throughout the past month, His student-athletes spent time in the community visiting local schools, working with young students, and helping promote sport and active lifestyles among youth in the region. Away from the court, Racz has also stayed on top of the many administrative duties that help keep both programs organized and moving forward.
On the futsal court, both the men’s and women’s teams continued to make strong progress, putting themselves firmly in playoff contention through consistent performances and steady improvement throughout the month. Their hard work paid off as both teams officially secured their spots in the playoffs, highlighting the continued growth of the programs under Racz’s leadership.
