Women's Volleyball team battles against Briercrest and the flu bug

Women’s Volleyball continues to suffer through the flu bug as it has been going through the team’s roster.  Last week-end the Kodiaks fell to Briercrest 3-1 Friday by scores of 25-18, 25-15, 21-25, and 25-18.  Saturday was no kinder to the hosts as Briercrest won again 3-1 with scores of 25-15, 21-25, 25-14, and 25-22.  Rylee Fulmek,a first year Nursing student from Strathmore had a solid week-end for the Kodiaks scoring 10 kills and adding 9 blocks being named Kodiaks Player of the Game Saturday.  Even though the Kodiaks dropped both matches, coach Dusty Stauth feels the team can still build momentum from the week end going into Concordia this week end in Edmonton.
