Tight Play-off race on for the Men's Soccer Team
Entering play Saturday for the Men's soccer team only 3 points separated first from 5th in a tight play-off race. SAIT prevailed 2-0 Saturday setting up a must win situation for Lethbridge Sunday afternoon. Nico Pasquotti scored the first two goals of the game and the Kodiaks never looked back after leading 2-0 at halftime. Pasquotti added another in the second half (his South Division leading 9th goal of the season), and Keaton Craig and Jared Bourret with his first goal were the other Kodiak marksmen. The game finished 5-1 Lethbridge and put the Kodiaks back in first place. To finish first the Kodiaks need to beat Medicine Hat October 19th, and have SAIT either beat or tie Red Deer the same day.
