Disappointing Road Trip for Men's Soccer

The men had a tough time in Lakeland coming from behind down 3-1 to score two goals in the final 10 minutes to salvage the tie.  But they weren’t themselves Sunday and spotted Red Deer a 2-0 lead at half time, and despite a goal by Dario Pasquotti to close the score to 2-1, Red Deer stormed back to score twice more and win the game 4-1.  The loss and tie still leaves Lethbridge alone to first place but lacking the point spread coach Joe Mauro was hoping for after the trip.  The teams travel to Calgary to play SAIT this Saturday in a huge game for both teams, and will host Olds Sunday with games going at noon and 2:00 PM.
